Terms & Conditions

Welcome to https://creator.cutesign.in (“Platform”), operated by A3LRK Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

“Freelancer” means any individual or entity offering services on the Platform.

“Client” means any individual or entity seeking to purchase services on the Platform.

“Services” means any work, task, gig, digital product or other deliverable offered or procured via the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must register for an account to offer or procure Services.

You warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account.

3. Service Contracts

All contracts are directly between Clients and Freelancers. The Platform facilitates introductions, billing, and dispute resolution.

Freelancers set their own prices and delivery timelines. Clients may negotiate terms via built-in messaging before placing an order.

Once a Client places an order and payment is authorized, the Freelancer must commence work promptly and deliver according to agreed milestones.

4. Payments and Fees

Clients pay for Services via the Platform’s payment gateway. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

The Company charges a service fee (as published on the Platform) on each transaction.

Funds are held in escrow and released to the Freelancer upon Client approval.

5. Intellectual Property

Freelancers retain ownership of pre-existing IP. Delivery of work product transfers copyright to the Client upon full payment.

You grant the Company a non-exclusive right to use your username and likeness for promotional purposes.

6. Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You must comply with all applicable laws and Platform policies.

Prohibited activities include plagiarism, fraud, harassment, uploading malware, or any violation of third-party rights.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from a project should first be resolved amicably via the Platform’s resolution center.

If unresolved, either party may escalate to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

The Company is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability is limited to fees paid by the Client for the relevant Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or any applicable law, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes signifies acceptance.
